Looking Glass
I wouldn't hesitate to liken the masterful Glass House Trilogy to Tolkien's "The Lord of the Rings" ... Christine Spindler, German Physicist and author of "The Rhythm of Revenge"
Samantha and James Hay have been advised that their missing daughter Gaia and Yowie nursemaid Cindy have been located in ancient Australia. The scientist, Dr. Xanatuo, an alien scientist who, along with a lost tribe of Neanderthals and other beings who are working to help mankind, has discovered a way to send them back in time to be reunited with Gaia.
Ernie, the old Aboriginal tracker and Garagh, leader of the Neanderthals, along with friends Ratana and Nathan, all characters from the first two books of the trilogy, will accompany them. This team of intrepid adventurers have another mission for the journey along with aiding the Hayes' quest, which is paramount to changing a terrible wrong which exists in the present time.
Lauded as the ‘Australian Jurassic Park’ Looking Glass is a mixture of Aboriginal mythology, present day UFO activity and pure science. It guarantees to please any reader who enjoys well researched, action packed and mind blowing events.

Max and Ariana Overton have authored a colossal tour-de-force that will leave the reader breathless with awe. Looking Glass is the final installment in the Glass House trilogy. This adventure is sure to be added to science fiction’s list of classics. Penned with beautiful imagery, the trilogy was obviously well researched. The characters were never lost in the plot or the setting. The Overtons remained loyal to the characters and allowed them to tell the story. Readers are going to be bowled over by the twists and turns that lead to the impressive ending. —Rho, A Romance Review.com
As old friends are lost and new ones found the way that was paved so long ago becomes that much clearer. In order for life to prevail, there has to be death. Max and Ariana Overton have once again taken us on a journey of epic and wondrous proportions that has not failed in it's endeavors to draw the readers into a world nearing it‘s end. The coming together of Man, Yowie, Alien, and beings whose origins are not yet known truly opened my eyes to the grand scale that Looking Glass was written on. The book encompasses all that truly makes us human and what separates us from the animals or what we deign as not equal to us. A mothers love for a child is the key to a world without strife and help comes from those that was least expected. As the identity of the "Others" was finally revealed I realized the depth and magnitude that the Overtons had taken a chance and went to. The end result is a trilogy of such brilliance that one can only benefit and appreciate all that it has to offer. Max and Ariana Overton have prevailed in the writing of Looking Glass and have ended the trilogy with one powerful blow that will impact the reader long after the last word is read. There were parts that I had to reread in order to really understand the extensive research that went into the making of this commanding conclusion. I recommend Looking Glass to everyone who craves the paranormal and one that is written with strikingly hypnotic imagery. Available from Mundania Press. The book is worth more than any priceless artifacts to be found. To read the trilogy is to embark on a quest in doing our part to preserve the beauty of our world. For that is the only way we will be able to look into the glass, through the glass and beyond the glass to see ourselves as the people we were all meant to be. --Joann Ruffen
Max and Ariana had me reading long into the night with this final story in the Glass House trilogy. I loved this book and it left me in tears. One of my beloved characters dies, and I cry just thinking about it. As you can tell, the authors did their job of creating memorable and attachable characters. I feel that I should also warn the reader that parts of this story are very dark, but it's an extremely entertaining read. This is one story you don't want to miss. I was very saddened by this story. There is so much tragedy in this story that when the sun finally starts shining on the characters it seems like a monumental occasion. I was really into this story because it answers all the little questions that are left over from book one and two. I feel that the authors really captured the grief of the ones that lost loved ones. I cried my eyes out through most of the story, and I wouldn't change a minute of it. Max and Ariana really know how to get their readers emotions engaged. I would have to say that book three of the Glass trilogy is my favorite story. I think that it has to do with the way everything was summed up and how they left a possible opening for another story, which this reviewer would love to see happen sometime soon. All in all I feel that this story was the perfect ending for the Glass House trilogy. —Jill, Fallen Angel Reviews.
